Pawrade Pets – Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: The 14-day period in which the consumer can cancel the purchase without giving a reason.

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in a commercial or professional capacity.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Distance contract: A purchase agreement made via remote communication (e.g., online).

  • Durable medium: Any tool that enables consumers or businesses to store and reproduce information unchanged (e.g., email).

  • Entrepreneur: Pawrade Pets, offering pet products (dog leashes, collars, cat trees, toys) online.

  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the purchase within the cooling-off period.

  • Remote communication technique: Tools used to form a contract without physical presence (e.g., website, email).

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and contracts made via the Pawrade Pets website. By purchasing from us, the consumer agrees to these terms.

A digital copy will be available before contract completion and can be saved for future reference.

In case of conflicting terms, the most favorable condition for the consumer will apply.

Article 4 – The Offer

All offers:

Article 5 – The Contract
